Так как на картинку не попала Украина, куда с 2014-го года стекаются россияне "для борьбы с олигархами, обирающими людей", решил опять поднять вопрос, что же со справедливостью по распределению "богатств" в Украине.

Наиболее известные показатели, которые дают представление о справедливости распределения дохода: старый добрый коэффициент Джини и более новый коэффициент Пальма.
